Program Manager

Applications are invited from motivated freshers, final-year students, and recent graduates for the Technical Program Manager Internship. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on live projects in a dynamic, professional environment.

Role Overview: As a Program Manager (Trainee), you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple initiatives across technical teams and clients. Responsibilities include evaluating products, prioritizing software features, tracking deliverables, analyzing market trends, supporting engineering teams in addressing product gaps within set timelines, managing tasks, maintaining thorough documentation, and facilitating effective stakeholder communication. You will develop practical skills in structured execution processes, decision-making workflows, and program management from initiation to delivery, while working on innovative products and learning industry best practices.

Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates demonstrate strong logical and analytical thinking, high motivation, and a proactive approach. Applicants should be organized, detail-oriented, able to take ownership of tasks, communicate clearly, and possess a willingness to learn. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is essential. Prior experience is not required.
