ConnectsBlue Legal Policies
ConnectsBlue collects account, career, resume, interview, job application, and usage information to operate the product workflows people choose to use. We do not sell personal data. Candidate information is shared with employers only when a user applies, opts into profile visibility, or participates in an employer-managed hiring workflow.
The privacy policy explains what data is collected, how it is protected, when vendors support processing, and how users can request access, correction, export, or deletion. Account owners can control profile data, communication preferences, resumes, and uploaded career materials from their account settings or by contacting the support team.
The terms of service cover acceptable use, account security, platform availability, user responsibilities, employer responsibilities, and limits on liability. Users should not submit false credentials, scrape job or profile data, interfere with the service, or misuse community and hiring features.
ConnectsBlue includes automated systems for resume review, interview practice, job matching, ranking, and recruiter workflow assistance. These systems provide preparation notes and workflow support, but their outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Users, employers, and recruiters remain responsible for final career, hiring, legal, and financial decisions.
For employer accounts, ConnectsBlue may act as a processor for applicant and hiring data. The platform uses access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, retention controls, audit-friendly workflows, and vendor restrictions to support responsible data handling. Employers remain responsible for their own candidate-processing decisions, notices, lawful basis, and internal hiring policies.
For privacy, legal, data processing, or digital rights questions, contact ConnectsBlue through the contact page or the legal contact details shown in the full legal hub.
