System Administrator (Fresher)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator (Fresher) to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who want to start their career in system administration and gain hands-on experience managing computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems (Windows/Linux)
2. Monitor system performance and ensure smooth daily operations
3. Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues
4. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
5. Assist in system updates, backups, and security patches
6. Troubleshoot basic network and system problems
7. Support server maintenance and routine IT tasks

Required Skills:

1. Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows or Linux)
2. Understanding of computer networks and hardware
3. Basic troubleshooting skills
4. Knowledge of system security concepts is a plus
5. Good problem-solving and communication skills
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Eligibility:

1. B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA or related IT field
