Round 2 – Technical Interview • I was asked to explain how I would implement a new software solution for a client. • Topics covered: • Understanding client requirements and translating them into technical tasks. • Database knowledge (SQL/MongoDB) and integration with frontend systems. • Troubleshooting deployment issues and ensuring operational reliability. • Example question: “How would you handle a situation where a client’s existing system conflicts with the new implementation?” Round 3 – Practical/Case Study • Given a scenario: A company wants to migrate from a legacy system to a cloud-based solution. • I had to outline steps: requirement gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and user training. • Emphasis was on clarity, documentation, and minimizing downtime. I spent 7 years at IBM and I would say that it's been a middling entry into my life , mainly because of the HR Team .They were so disorganized that they would make your life a living hell, daily complaints about me were recieved by them from sources nobody knows , after a while it's hard to not taake any of this personal.That is why I had to give 3 stars for the company otherwise the company's perfect.
