As a Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind ConnectsBlue market expansion. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders in the EdTech and HRTech sectors, and champion our unique value proposition. Your goal is to position ConnectsBlue as the go-to platform for career acceleration and recruitment intelligence.
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, specifically targeting Educational Institutions (B2B) for student placement solutions and Corporate Enterprises for recruitment and upskilling partnerships.
Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate partnerships with certification bodies, universities, and recruitment agencies to integrate their services with our Certification & Examination Prep module.
Product Evangelism: Articulate the value of our high-tech features—such as the 6D Hexagonal Career Model, Skill Validation, and Advanced Market Analysis—to potential clients and partners.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events. Convert prospects into long-term clients.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, EdTech, and Recruitment. Provide feedback to the product team to enhance features like the AI Interview Coach and Career GPS based on market needs.
Brand Representation: Represent ConnectsBlue at conferences, potential client meetings, and webinars, maintaining our premium, high-tech brand image.
Eligibility: • B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA or related field
