Database Administrator (DBA)

We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator with 3–5 years of experience to manage, maintain, and optimize our databases. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and maintain MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases
2. Monitor database performance and implement improvements
3. Perform regular backups and recovery operations
4. Ensure database security, integrity, and availability
5. Optimize queries, indexes, and database structures
6. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
7. Collaborate with developers and system administrators
8. Handle database migrations and version upgrades

Required Skills

1. Strong experience in MS SQL Server
2. Strong experience in PostgreSQL
3. Database performance tuning and query optimization
4. Backup, restore, and disaster recovery
5. SQL scripting and stored procedures
6. Database monitoring and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2. Experience with cloud databases (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
3. Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
