QA / Software Tester (Fresher)

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA / Software Tester (Fresher) to join our development team. You will be responsible for testing applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring software quality before release. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in software testing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test web and mobile applications for functionality and usability.
2. Identify, document, and track software defects.
3. Execute manual test cases and report results.
4. Work with developers to fix issues and verify fixes.
5. Perform regression and functional testing.
6. Ensure the product meets quality standards before release.
7. Assist in preparing test documentation and reports.

Required Skills

1. Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
2. Knowledge of manual testing.
3. Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
4. Familiarity with web or mobile applications.
5. Basic knowledge of SQL or databases (optional).
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Attention to detail.

Preferred (Optional)

1. Knowledge of any testing tool (Selenium, JIRA, etc.).
2. Understanding of automation testing basics.
3. Internship or academic project experience.
