Business Development Intern

About the Role: ConnectsBlue is looking for a Business Development Intern to collaborate with HR professionals and leading companies to understand their hiring needs and onboard them onto the platform. You will play a key role in driving company partnerships and contributing to overall platform growth.

Responsibilities: • Connect with HRs and hiring managers across companies to understand talent requirements • Identify and onboard companies onto ConnectsBlue for internships and full-time hiring • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners • Support companies in effectively using the platform for recruitment • Contribute to growth strategies by expanding the company network • Track hiring trends and provide insights to improve platform offerings

Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Interest in business development, recruitment, and partnerships • Confidence in interacting with professionals and industry stakeholders • Self-driven with the ability to take ownership of tasks • Organized and goal-oriented mindset
