Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 0–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive business value.

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals eager to build strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
2. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
3. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories
4. Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation
5. Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making
6. Participate in requirement validation, UAT support, and defect tracking
7. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
8. Assist in preparing dashboards and visual reports for business stakeholders

Required Skills:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Good understanding of business analysis fundamentals
3. Knowledge of SQL for data querying
4. Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
5. Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
6. Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
7. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
8. Ability to create BRD, FRD, and User Stories
9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
10. Attention to detail and documentation skills

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2. 0–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or related roles
3. Freshers with strong internship/project experience are encouraged to apply
