Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager with 0–3 years of experience to support and execute marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will assist in planning campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand awareness and lead generation. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals passionate about marketing, branding, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
2. Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
3. Coordinate with internal teams to support product and brand marketing initiatives
4. Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports
5. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
6. Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
7. Assist in email marketing and promotional campaigns
8. Collaborate with designers and content creators for marketing materials
9. Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools
10. Maintain marketing calendars and documentation
