• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, and digital campaigns effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media outreach, and content distribution.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Track and document all telemarketing interactions and campaign results using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted telemarketing scripts and digital content strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Support lead generation efforts through research and data collection.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during all communications.

Requirements

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and strategies.

Nice-to-Have
