Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to help configure software systems, support customer onboarding, and assist with technical integrations. This role is ideal for candidates interested in software, APIs, troubleshooting, and enterprise SaaS products.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth product setup, issue resolution, and customer support.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Configure software systems based on customer requirements.
  2. Assist in software setup, onboarding, and configuration.
  3. Support API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues during product onboarding and deployment.
  5. Coordinate with internal engineering teams to resolve bugs and technical challenges.
  6. Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
  7. Document technical issues, updates, and implementation details.
  8. Support customers in resolving software and system-related problems.
  9. Ensure smooth product usage and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  1. Basic understanding of Windows, software installation, and networking.
  2. Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or software systems.
  3. Knowledge of PowerShell, SQL, or any programming language is a plus.
  4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Strong communication and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

  1. BCA, B.Sc, Diploma, or related fields.
  2. Or Any 3 Years Graduation or Diploma with Computer Skills.
