Software Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Consultant to assist clients in understanding, configuring, and using software solutions effectively. This role is ideal for candidates interested in software systems, customer interaction, problem-solving, and technical consulting.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to support software implementation, troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable software solutions.
2. Assist customers in software setup, onboarding, and configuration.
3. Support software implementation and system setup activities.
4. Troubleshoot software-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
5. Provide product demonstrations and basic technical guidance to customers.
6. Assist in API integrations and third-party system connectivity when required.
7. Document customer requirements, technical issues, and implementation updates.
8. Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and product adoption.
9. Ensure smooth software usage and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

1. Basic understanding of Windows, software installation, and networking.
2. Basic knowledge of software systems, APIs, databases, or SaaS platforms.
3. Knowledge of PowerShell, SQL, or any programming language is a plus.
4. Good communication and presentation skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
6. Willingness to learn new technologies and software tools.

Eligibility

1. BCA, B.Sc, Diploma, or related fields.
2. Or Any 3 Years Graduation or Diploma with Computer Skills.
