Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Implementation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for software implementation, customer onboarding, user training, technical support, and troubleshooting. This role requires strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to travel to customer environments for implementation and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure software solutions in customer environments.
• Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and user training.
• Provide technical and customer support through phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits.
• Troubleshoot software, system, and application-related issues.
• Assist customers in resolving operational and technical problems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and product improvements.
• Install and configure software, printers, and related hardware devices.
• Document implementation activities, support cases, and customer feedback.
• Ensure successful customer adoption and satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of APIs and software integrations.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as IP Address, DNS, and Remote Desktop.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel for onsite implementation and support.

Qualifications

• B.Sc, BCA, Diploma graduates, or any graduate are preferred.
• Candidates with 0–8 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong customer service mindset and eagerness to learn.
