IT Manager – Hotel

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the hotel's IT infrastructure and technology systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of networks, hardware, software, PMS, POS systems, and other hotel technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, computers, and other hardware.
• Ensure smooth functioning of hotel technology systems, including PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, and other operational software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime across hotel operations.
• Manage IT security, data backups, user access, and data protection.
• Coordinate with software vendors and third-party technology providers when required.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
• Ensure secure and reliable internet and Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the property.
• Maintain IT documentation, system records, and inventory of IT assets.
• Support hotel staff with technology-related issues and provide basic IT training when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external technology vendors.
