Role Description This is a full-time remote sales role managing outbound conversions for one of GrowthScribe's key client accounts - an Indian creator-led membership business. As our Sales Executive, you'll own the entire sales process — from first call to payment confirmation — working a curated list of 20,000+ people who paid for the client's programs 1-1.5 years ago. This is not cold-calling, but it's also not a one-call-close. Some leads need a brand reminder, some are ready to buy, all need to be moved through to payment. You'll handle 50+ outbound calls per day, run short discovery conversations, close memberships (₹8K–₹12K/year), and flag premium-product prospects (₹3L+ tickets) to the senior closer. Once the warm list is worked through, you'll move to a larger pool of inbound leads who've shared their details but haven't purchased yet. This role is designed for someone who's sales-driven, self-motivated, and wants to grow their income as we help the client scale from a niche creator brand into a succesful membership business. Core competencies: Inside sales | High-volume outbound calling | Lead reactivation | Warm-list conversion | Sales pitch delivery | Objection handling | WhatsApp follow-ups | CRM management | Membership / subscription sales | Hindi + English communication | Self-managed remote work | Client retention basics Work arrangement: Remote position | 6-day week (Mon–Sat) | Flexible hours within 10 AM–8 PM IST | India-based clients | Customer-driven schedule (calls when prospects are reachable) What success looks like Day 1: Hit the ground running - Read/Watch product ~3hrs - what we sell, who it's for, why it matters - 30mins Q&A; - Start dialing same day - minimum 25 calls - Goal: 2-3 closes on day 1 Week 1 (Days 1-5): Prove it works - 30-40 calls/day - Ramp from 2-3 closes/day to 5-7 closes/day - Total Week 1 target: 25-30 closes Week 2 (Days 6-10): Find rhythm - 40-50 calls/day - 7-9 closes/day consistently - Total Week 2 target: 35-45 closes Week 3 (Days 11-15): Hit the standard - 50+ calls/day - 10+ closes/day - Total Week 3 target: 50+ closes Week 4 (Days 16-20): Lock the standard - 50+ calls/day - Consistent 10+ closes/day - Total Week 4 target: 50+ closes Month 1 outcome: 160-200 closes Week 6 (Days 21-30): Push the ceiling - Consistent 10-12 closes/day - Total: 50-60 closes Week 8 (Days 31-40): Past the standard - 12+ closes/day - Total: 60+ closes Month 2 outcome: 220+ closes - This is the new floor, not the ceiling Month 3+: 250+ closes/month. You own the playbook. Premium path opens. Day to day responsibilities - Make 50+ outbound calls per day to previous paid members + current warm list. - About the leads: You'll start with 20,000 people who paid for the client's previous programs 1–1.5 years ago (warmest pool — but they may need a quick reminder of the brand). After that, you move to a larger list of people who shared their details through lead magnets and Facebook ads but haven't purchased yet - still inbound. Both are part of the role. - Run 15–30 short sales conversations daily (12–25 mins each) - Handle WhatsApp follow-ups and objection handling - Close memberships (₹8K–₹12K/year) - Flag qualified premium-product prospects (₹3L+ tickets) to the senior closer - Process payments and track every conversation in CRM - Refine pitch, scripts, and follow-up flows weekly Work Schedule 100% Remote. Mon–Sat, 11 AM – 9 PM IST. 10 hours daily with flexibility based on customer availability. Evening calls expected when prospects are most reachable. Requirements - 3+ yr sales experience (inside sales, edtech, BPO, real estate, fitness, info products) - Strong Hindi + English communication - Comfortable spending most of the day on calls - Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding / takes ownership - Trustworthy and detail-oriented - Laptop + Reliable internet + backup power - Long-term commitment mindset - Sales experience (not just admin/customer service) - Should learn to figure things out with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
