Job title:
UI/UX Designer — Command Centre & Facility Management Dashboards
Company:
InfoLabs Global
Location:
Dubai, United Arab Emirates (on-site)
Employment type:
Contract / Project-Based engagement
Eligibility:
Candidates must already be residing in the UAE with a valid residence visa
About the role
Command centre operators make decisions under time pressure on large displays with dense data. You'll design interfaces that hold up in that environment — the 3D twin's in-world UI, the FM dashboards, and the alarm and reporting screens.
What you'll do
• Design the end-to-end experience for command centre and facility management users
• Produce user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Build and maintain a design system: components, typography, iconography, colour semantics for status and severity
• Design for large-format video walls as well as desktop and tablet
• Run usability sessions with operators and iterate on findings
• Hand off specs to Unreal and frontend developers and review the built result
What you'll bring
• 4+ years in UI/UX design for data-dense enterprise or operational products
• Strong Figma skills and a portfolio with dashboards, monitoring, or control-room interfaces
• Fluency in information hierarchy, data visualisation, and accessibility (contrast, colour-blind safe palettes)
• Ability to design within real-time 3D constraints and collaborate with engine developers
• Clear rationale for design decisions — you can defend choices to a client
Nice to have
• Experience with SCADA, BMS, security operations, or GIS interfaces
• Motion/interaction design for state transitions and alerts
Location & engagement
• Based in Dubai, UAE — on-site at InfoLabs Global and at the client facility as the project requires
• Project-based engagement for the duration of the Digital Twin program, with extension subject to project pipeline
• Applicants must currently be in the UAE with a valid residence visa.
We are not sponsoring relocation for this program, and candidates who cannot join within a short notice period will not be considered.
