Role Overview
• We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong Open Finance and digital banking experience to design intuitive, compliant, and scalable user experiences for Open Finance platforms. The role focuses on creating seamless journeys across APIs, consent management, dashboards, and partner integrations, while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and best-in-class design principles.
• The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, compliance teams, and external ecosystem partners to deliver customer centric experiences across corporate and retail financial products.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience & Interaction Design
• Design end to end user journeys for Open Finance products including consent flows, account aggregation, payment initiation, and data sharing experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Design experiences for multi stakeholder ecosystems (banks, fintechs, TPPs, corporates, developers).
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Hands on experience designing Open Banking / Open Finance or API driven platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows, data heavy dashboards, and consent based journeys.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience working with Open Finance APIs, developer portals, or partner ecosystems.
• Knowledge of payments, corporate banking, treasury, or financial data products.
• Familiarity with UAE / GCC financial regulations or global Open Banking standards.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments.
