Job Description: We Are Hiring Sales Executive – Diamond Showroom In Ahmedabad. Job Title: Sales Executive – Diamond Showroom Location: Ahmedabad Department: Retail Sales / Luxury Jewelry Reports To: Showroom Manager / Sales Manager (Male and Female Both Can Apply) Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. • Understand and present detailed product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry. • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Assist customers in selecting the right pieces based on their needs and preferences. • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation. • Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the showroom. • Track and achieve individual and team sales targets. • Follow up with clients post-sale for aftercare and satisfaction. • Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and promotions. • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to deliver high-level customer service and build client trust. • Knowledge of the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) and diamond grading is a plus. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. • Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor. • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
