Responsibilities Own the end-to-end payments delivery roadmap, including financial reporting, payout operations, refunds, disputes, and tax compliance. Proven ability to work effectively with Finance and Accounting stakeholders and understand their operational language. An AI-forward mindset, actively using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to increase delivery velocity. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and financial concepts to diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with payout or settlement products and familiarity with payment processor ecosystems. Experience building and supporting internal tools for Finance, Ops, or Accounting teams. Proficiency in SQL or a strong ability to work directly with data teams to perform independent analysis.
