The Vacancy We are seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our Central Data Office. This role is ideal for a finance-qualified professional with strong accounting expertise and a passion for data, reporting and business improvement. Working closely with Finance, Data and Business Intelligence teams, you will help establish consistent financial definitions, standardise reporting processes and ensure trusted, governed data is available across the organisation. While the role includes some report development, its primary focus is on finance data mapping, KPI definition, validation, reconciliation and stakeholder engagement. What We're Looking For Essential: • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent recognised accountancy qualification). • Strong understanding of financial statements and core finance processes. • Experience defining financial KPIs, reporting structures and business rules. • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills. • Strong documentation and specification-writing skills. • Experience working with finance reporting, data governance or business intelligence environments. • Working knowledge of SQL. • Experience with Power BI, semantic modelling and DAX. • Strong focus on data quality, governance and auditability. • At least 7–8 years' experience in a similar role, engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Job Summary To Support our team and contribute to the growth who works directly with the Corporate & Segment teams , we’re looking to add a Analyst - Credit located in Chennai What A Typical Day Looks Like: Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other data to assess the creditworthiness of current and prospective customers Maintain credit risk models and scoring systems to evaluate risk levels and support decision-making processes Periodically monitor and report on the performance of customers, identifying trends and potential risks Collaborate with the Global Account Managers, Program Managers and Segment Executives to collect the necessary documents that are relevant for a credit assessment Conduct credit reviews and provide recommendations for credit limits Prepare detailed risk analysis reports and presentations for management and stakeholders Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes affecting credit risk. The Experience we’re Looking to Add to The Team: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or any associate degree or equivalent preferred. 0 -2 years of related experience. Good understanding of accounting standards Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
