This role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing social media, SEO, paid advertising, analytics, AI-driven workflows, and marketing automation without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across Social Media, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to drive qualified leads and business growth. • Plan, create, schedule, and optimize engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. • Independently implement on-page SEO improvements on WordPress and Shopify websites (using Rank Math, Yoast, Shopify SEO apps, etc.) without requiring developer support for routine SEO updates. • Perform comprehensive SEO audits, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, and site health improvements. • Develop and execute ethical backlink acquisition strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings. • Conduct competitor analysis, keyword gap analysis, content gap analysis, and identify opportunities to improve search visibility and conversions. • Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, continuously improving campaign performance and ROI. • Configure and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking. • Build automated marketing dashboards in Looker Studio by integrating data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, and other marketing platforms. • Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI platforms to accelerate campaign analysis, reporting, content creation, competitor research, and decision-making. • Configure AI-assisted workflows and integrations to improve productivity and marketing efficiency. • Monitor campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and proactively recommend improvements based on data. • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers whenever advanced technical implementation is required. • Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes, AI technologies, digital marketing trends, and platform updates. Required Skills & Experience • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. • Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and SEO. • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. • Experience managing WordPress and Shopify websites for SEO and content updates. • Strong understanding of backlink building, technical SEO, competitor analysis, keyword research, and SEO reporting. • Familiarity with AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other productivity platforms. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take complete ownership of digital marketing initiatives.
