• Recruitment from start to finish: work with the founders and department heads on hiring plans, write clear job descriptions, source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate practical assessments and interviews, manage offers and follow through until joining.
• Ecommerce and appliance hiring: recruit marketplace managers and executives, Amazon/Flipkart specialists, advertising and performance-marketing staff, catalogue teams, designers, customer-support staff and operations employees.
