Growth Product Manager
Fasset•Dubai, AE
0+ Years Exp
Posted: 17/8/2026
Growth Product Manager
About Fasset:
Fasset is building the ownership bank: real assets (gold, backed dollars, global markets) on regulated rails across the Gulf, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. $100M+ raised, 2M+ users.
About the Role:
A committed H2 roadmap with dated releases: referral relaunch and affiliate program (August), rewards marketplace and mission center (September), pre-dormancy save flows (hard November date), win-back ladder, a recurring-execution rail that serves three future products, and a Q4 slate including round-ups into gold, a seasonal gifting mechanic with a fixed religious-calendar deadline, and a remittance corridor pilot. Underneath: a user state machine (8 states, 11 numbered edges) that sets priorities, and a metrics canon that sets definitions. You can change the plan if the data supports the change.
Responsibilities:
Ship the releases. Specs, sequencing, engineering coordination, QA handoff, release notes. Dates hold, or slip with advance notice. Several releases gate each other; two have external deadlines.
Work against the state machine. Every initiative names the state transition it moves and the loop it feeds before it enters the roadmap. You know the current transition numbers and adjust the roadmap when they change.
Pair with the Growth Analyst. Every release ships with pre-registered success criteria (target, guardrail, kill threshold, read date) agreed with the Analyst before launch. Post-reads happen on the read date. Kills execute when thresholds say so. The Analyst certifies numbers independently; you do not grade your own launches.
Guard payout definitions. Referral, affiliate, and gifting features pay out on qualified user behavior, not raw counts. You design against gaming and abuse before launch.
Coordinate growth work across pods. Cards, Earning, Lending, network, and market teams ship features that touch acquisition, activation, or retention. You keep a single view of growth-relevant releases company-wide, run a light cross-pod cadence, and catch overlaps before they ship.
Prioritize marketing rails against feature work. The pod builds infrastructure marketing runs on: promo engine, deep links, segmentation, campaign onboarding paths. You sequence these against features.
Run lifecycle mechanics until that seat is filled. Save flows, win-back ladders, and messaging journeys ship through the pod. You spec and oversee their operation in the interim.
Drive user segmentation and journey experimentation. Build a scalable process leveraging Mixpanel to more granularly define our target users, their use cases and optimize their onboarding and engagement funnels.
Requirements:
Right for this if:
• You have shipped growth mechanics at a consumer fintech, crypto platform, marketplace, or high-volume consumer app: referral programs, incentives, onboarding flows, retention journeys.
• You have run a roadmap where releases gated each other. You can name a date you saved and a date you slipped, and the difference.
• You can look at a funnel and name the transition that matters most now, with numbers.
• You have worked beside an independent analytics function: pre-registered criteria, honest post-reads, features killed on their stated thresholds.
• You have coordinated across teams without authority over them and shipped anyway.
• Emerging-market or Islamic-finance product context is a strong plus. Our mechanics include gifting, gold, remittance corridors, and Shariah-reviewed features.
Not a fit if:
• Your portfolio is strategy and discovery without shipped mechanics.
• You need a blank page. This role inherits a dated plan.
• You treat measurement as post-launch reporting.
• You cannot explain how a feature you built was or would be gamed.
• Cross-team coordination reads to you as politics.
Internal Security & Security Operations Engineer
Ultahost•Dubai
Remote
5+ Years Exp
Posted: 16/8/2026
UltaHost is looking for a Senior Internal Security & Security Operations Engineer to take ownership of internal security and help strengthen the protection of our workforce, identities, systems, and day-to-day operations.
This is a senior, hands-on technical role with responsibility across Identity & Access Management (IAM), internal security, security monitoring, SOC operations, and incident response. The position requires someone who can combine strong technical security expertise with a structured and operational approach to access control, monitoring, investigation, and risk reduction.
You will be responsible for securing employee and contractor identities, privileged access, credentials, internal systems, endpoints, VPN and remote access, while ensuring that appropriate security controls are implemented and maintained throughout the account and access lifecycle.
A key part of the role will also involve actively monitoring security events and investigating suspicious activity across authentication systems, endpoints, internal applications, and cloud/SaaS environments. You will take an active role in identifying potential threats, investigating security incidents, collecting evidence, containing risks, coordinating remediation, and ensuring corrective actions are followed through to closure.
You will work closely with HR, IT, system owners, and other technical teams to improve access governance, strengthen internal security controls, enhance detection and response capabilities, and reduce security risks across UltaHost’s internal environment.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking end-to-end ownership — from implementing preventive controls and improving security monitoring to investigating real incidents and driving security improvements across the organization.
What You’ll Own
Identity, Access & Credential Security
• Design and maintain RBAC across departments, roles, and critical systems.
• Manage MFA, SSO, PAM, password vaults, API keys, SSH keys, recovery codes, and secrets.
• Own security controls around onboarding, role changes, temporary access, contractor access, and offboarding.
• Identify and remove shared, dormant, unnecessary, and excessively privileged accounts.
• Conduct regular access reviews and maintain approval and audit evidence.
Security Monitoring & Incident Response
• Monitor and investigate alerts from SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, authentication systems, cloud/SaaS platforms, internal applications, and endpoints.
• Investigate suspicious logins, compromised accounts, credential leaks, malware, privilege abuse, insider risk, and unauthorized access.
• Collect evidence, contain threats, coordinate recovery, and drive corrective actions through closure.
• Maintain detection rules, alert quality, incident records, escalation paths, and response playbooks.
• Lead internal security incidents and support infrastructure/product incidents involving identities or credentials.
Internal Systems & Workforce Security
• Define security requirements for laptops, VPN and remote access, email, code repositories, support platforms, finance tools, and administrative systems.
• Work closely with HR and IT on joiner/mover/leaver processes and internal security investigations.
• Support security awareness, phishing prevention, and secure handling of sensitive information and credentials.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in internal security, IAM, SOC/security operations, incident response, IT security, or a closely related role.
• Practical experience with RBAC, MFA, SSO, PAM, identity providers, password management, account lifecycle management, and access auditing.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, centralized logging, authentication logs, alert triage, and case management.
• Proven ability to investigate compromised accounts, malware, credential leaks, suspicious authentication activity, insider risk, and unauthorized access.
• Strong understanding of Linux access, SSH, VPN, endpoints, cloud/SaaS administration, email security, and remote-workforce security.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to enforce security controls while collaborating with HR, IT, managers, and system owners.
Preferred Background
Experience in web hosting, cloud infrastructure, data centers, SaaS, fintech, MSSP, or another distributed technology environment is highly valuable. Preferred certifications include Security+, CySA+, GCIH, SC-200, IAM/PAM vendor certifications, CISSP, or equivalent practical expertise. Certifications are a plus — hands-on experience matters more.
What Success Looks Like
You will help us improve:
• MFA and privileged-access coverage
• Joiner/mover/leaver security and access-removal speed
• Control of shared, dormant, and excessive access
• Alert response and incident-resolution times
• Access-review coverage and security evidence
• Internal security standards, procedures, and playbooks
Important
We are not looking for a policy/compliance-only profile. The successful candidate must have real hands-on experience administering access controls, operating security tooling, investigating logs, and responding to security incidents.
You will work closely with our second cybersecurity specialist, the Product & Infrastructure Security Engineer, as well as DevOps, Network, Product, Engineering, Support, Abuse, HR, Finance, Legal, and executive management.
If you enjoy taking ownership, building security controls, investigating real incidents, and improving security in a large-scale technology environment, we’d like to hear from you.

About MoonTechMoonTech turns influencer marketing into a performance channel. Brands run creator campaigns on our platform and measure them like paid media. Over the last two years, 75 brands have generated $47M from $3.5M in spend, with 90% retention, and 3,000 creators have earned money on the platform.
We are rebuilding the foundation for the next stage: a unified data layer, event tracking done properly, self-serve brand onboarding, and AI embedded in both the product and how we operate. This role sits at the center of that work.
What You’ll OwnYou will run MoonTech's product execution engine. That means owning strategy for the core platform, leading a team that spans product, delivery, and analytics, and being personally in the work rather than above it.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will write PRDs, sit in the data architecture conversations, and run the roadmap review, while also growing the people who report to you. We are looking for someone who has already operated at this scope and still wants to build.
What You Will OwnProduct strategy for the core platform Set direction, translate it into sequenced bets with measurable outcomes, and defend the tradeoffs between customer experience, scale, reliability, and cost. The roadmap is the source of truth. You own it.
The product team Lead and grow a team covering product management, delivery, and analytics. You set the craft bar, own hiring and performance, and grow people into wider scope. Measurement is designed into features rather than requested after launch, and the team argues from data.
Delivery across squads Predictable, quality execution across multiple squads. Clear green, yellow, red status that leadership can read at a glance. Feature demos before release. Nothing outside the roadmap gets built.
AI-enabled capabilities Identify where AI creates measurable value for brands and creators, partner with Engineering and Data to ship it, and hold those features to success metrics after launch rather than at demo.
Automation and operational scale Find the high-friction workflows across brand onboarding, campaign setup, payments, and support. Design them out. Set targets for cycle time, error rate, and cost to serve, and report against them.
Data foundations Partner with Engineering on the unified data system, the migration off HubSpot as a database, and event tracking rebuilt properly. You will not own the infrastructure, but you will own whether the product can be measured.
Stakeholder alignment Work directly with the CEO, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams. Communicate direction, progress, and risk without being asked twice.
What We Are Looking For
• 8+ years in product management, including ownership of a platform or marketplace product at meaningful scale
• 2+ years managing product managers or a mixed team spanning product, delivery, or analytics
• Track record running multi-squad delivery: you have set up or materially improved how a product org plans, ships, and communicates releases
• Shipped AI-enabled capabilities into production and can speak to what worked, what did not, and how you measured it
• Automated real business operations: workflow automation, systems integration, and reducing manual work as volume grows
• Comfortable owning an analytics function. You understand event tracking, warehouses, and why fragmented data blocks product decisions
• Strong analytical instinct. You reach for the numbers before the opinion
• Credible with engineers and designers, and direct enough to hold a line with executives
• Clear, direct written communication
Nice to Have
• Multi-sided marketplace experience, especially where supply and demand both need product attention
• Experimentation and analytics stack fluency
• Experience in the GCC market or working with a distributed team across time zones
• Background in influencer marketing, ad tech, or creator platforms
Why This Role Is Worth Your TimeYou report to the CPO and work closely with the founder. The product operating model is being built right now, and you will shape it rather than inherit it. You get a team on day one, real influence over how the company operates, and a stage where the decisions you make compound. The path to a director or VP title here is a matter of what you build, not a job requirement.
How to ApplyApply through the posting. Include a short video on one product you owned end to end: what you were trying to move, what you shipped, and what the numbers did.
