Founding Engineer – Full Stack (Compliance Automation)

Seclodian•Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN
2+ Years Exp
Posted: 19/10/2026
About the Company Seclodian develops secure, reliable, and user-friendly technology products. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can contribute to both frontend and backend development while maintaining high standards for security, performance, scalability, and code quality. About the role You’ll be one of Seclodian’s first engineers. You’ll work directly with the founders to turn compliance requirements into a product that auditors trust and auditees actually like using. You’ll ship across the whole stack (Go, PostgreSQL, Next.js) and help decide how the platform grows. This role suits you if you’ve seen compliance from the inside. Maybe you built features for a GRC, audit, privacy or regtech product. Maybe you were the engineer who gathered the evidence and closed the findings during a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit. Either way, you now want to build the tool you wished you’d had. What you’ll build • Data models for frameworks, controls, tests and evidence, so one control can map across SOC 2, ISO 27001 and DPDP without duplicate work. • Auditor and auditee workflows: engagements, control assignment, evidence upload and review, remediation, and report approval. • PostgreSQL schemas, migrations and queries for multi-tenant data, where one customer must never see another customer’s data. • Secure Go APIs (chi, pgx) with authentication and role-based access for auditors, auditees and admins. • Fast, accessible Next.js and React screens (Tailwind, shadcn/ui) built from our Figma designs. • Audit trails that record who did what and when, in a form an auditor will accept. • One product shipped three ways: an on-prem binary on the client’s own server, Docker, and serverless on AWS. • Work with our AI document-intelligence service, which reads policies and evidence and suggests answers with citations, while people stay in control of what gets accepted. • Tests, code reviews, production fixes and better monitoring. • With the founders and compliance experts, turning framework language into clear product behaviour. Must-have • 2+ years of professional software engineering, building and shipping full-stack products. • Hands-on compliance experience, in at least one of these ways: • You built features for a compliance, GRC, audit, privacy or regtech product, or • You worked as an engineer through a SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR or DPDP audit or assessment, producing evidence, fixing findings or putting controls in place. • Working knowledge of at least one of those frameworks. You know what a control is, what counts as evidence and why auditors ask for it. • Production backend experience in Go. Strong engineers from Java, C# or TypeScript/Node are welcome if they’re ready to go deep on Go quickly. • Professional frontend experience with React and Next.js in TypeScript. • Strong PostgreSQL: schema design, indexes, transactions, constraints and migrations. • You’ve built authentication, authorization and input validation, and you know the OWASP Top 10. • You write automated tests and can debug problems you didn’t create. Nice to have • Experience in other regulated domains: fintech, healthtech, insurance. • Privacy features you’ve built: consent capture, data retention and deletion, or data subject requests under GDPR or DPDP. • Multi-tenant SaaS, audit logging, or append-only or tamper-evident records. • Integrations that pull evidence automatically from tools like AWS, Google Workspace, GitHub or Jira. • Docker, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD. • Background jobs and queues (Redis, SQS), structured logging, metrics and tracing. • LLM or RAG systems in production. • A certification or coursework in ISO 27001, CISA, CISSP or similar (not required). Why join now • Shape the core product and architecture as one of the first engineers. • Work directly with the founders on product and engineering decisions. • Work on a problem that’s growing fast in India as DPDP Act obligations come into force. Equal Opportunity Statement Seclodian is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Backend Engineer — Cladbe

Cladbe•Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN
0+ Years Exp
Posted: 19/10/2026
About Cladbe India sold over ₹6 lakh crore of new homes in its top seven cities, and most of it still runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and tools never built for real estate. Cladbe is building the operating system a real-estate developer runs the whole business on: every enquiry, site visit, booking, payment schedule and handover in one place. It connects to property.new, our marketplace built to show buyers every RERA-registered project in a city, checked and current. We're building toward commercial launch and hiring a Backend Engineer to join our core engineering team and build systems that stay fast and correct under heavy load. Where you'll work: for the first few months, the core team builds together in Bareilly. After that, the whole team moves to Noida, where the role is based. What you'll do • Build the core APIs: stateless Node.js and TypeScript services that carry the business logic of the Cladbe OS. • Own data integrity: PostgreSQL is the source of truth and the final guard against a double sale; a Redis-compatible store serves live inventory and fast, short-lived holds in front of it. • Engineer for concurrency: locks, idempotency and retries that hold up on a launch day. • Build event-driven workflows: when a booking is confirmed, the payment schedule, demand letters and inventory updates follow automatically. Kafka carries the events; a workflow engine runs them. • Integrate with a licensed payment partner (RBI-regulated): booking and payment-status workflows, and reconciliation. Buyer money never sits with Cladbe; your code tracks it, never holds it. • Run what you build: deploy and tune services on Kubernetes, where resource efficiency matters. The stack • Node.js and TypeScript, PostgreSQL, a Redis-compatible store for caching and locks • Kafka as the event bus, plus a durable workflow engine • A graph database (experience is a plus) • Kubernetes, with tracing and metrics you'll own Must have • Node.js and TypeScript in production • PostgreSQL in production: transactions, isolation levels, row locking • Idempotent APIs and safe retries • At least one message queue or event bus in production • Debugging from logs, metrics and traces Nice to have • Graph databases • Redis-based distributed locks • Kubernetes in production • Payments or fintech experience Why join us This is a rare chance to build the core of a new system for how India's homes are bought and sold, early enough that your decisions become its foundations. The problems are the kind good engineers enjoy: correctness under heavy load, numbers that must reconcile to the rupee, and systems that connect end to end. You'll work in a small team, close to the founder, where what you build ships and matters. If that sounds like your kind of work, apply.
