Digital Marketing Analytics Consultant
Bloom AI•New Delhi, Delhi, IN
5+ Years Exp
Posted: 15/8/2026
Company Description
Bloom AI brings applied intelligence into marketing, research, and distribution workflows for financial services firms through AI-native analytics and agentic systems. We work with some of the world's leading asset managers, insurers, and consulting firms to transform fragmented marketing data into actionable intelligence, helping teams make better decisions faster.
As marketing organizations become increasingly data-driven, we're helping clients move beyond dashboards toward continuous insight generation, campaign optimization, and intelligent orchestration across their marketing ecosystem.
Role Description
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Analytics Consultant to join our client delivery team and act as a strategic partner to leading financial services client.
This is not a reporting role.
Your primary focus will be channel effectiveness measurement, campaign analytics and audience intelligence — helping digital marketing leaders understand how campaigns are performing across the advisor and investor journey, which audiences are responding, where budget and attention should shift, and what the next best action is. You'll work directly with heads of digital, campaign owners, and channel leads as a trusted analytical partner in their weekly decision-making.
You'll combine data, business context, and LLM-powered analysis to improve marketing performance across awareness, engagement, pipeline, and client growth. Financial services experience is preferred; wealth or asset management experience is a strong advantage.
Financial services experience is preferred, but strong B2B marketing analytics experience is essential.
What You'll Do
You'll work across the full marketing funnel to generate insights and drive action.
Campaign analytics
• Collaborate on end-to-end campaign measurement — planning the measurement approach, tracking in-flight performance, and delivering post-campaign readouts to digital marketing leaders.
• Analyze performance across paid media, email, web, social, SEO, events, and sales activation, connecting channel activity to downstream pipeline and AUM-relevant outcomes.
• Run and interpret experiments, A/B tests, and attribution analysis; recommend concrete budget, creative, and channel-mix changes.
• Build measurement frameworks and KPI dashboards that translate marketing objectives into a shared definition of success.
Audience intelligence
• Develop and refine audience segments across advisors, RIAs, intermediaries, institutions, defined benefits, etc.
• Analyze engagement and content-consumption patterns to identify high-intent audiences, under-served segments, and cross-sell signals.
• Partner with CDP and MarTech owners to activate audiences into campaigns, and measure whether the segmentation actually improves outcomes.
• Use LLMs to classify, cluster, and summarize unstructured signals — content engagement, event and webinar interactions, sales notes, survey verbatims — into audience insight leaders can act on.
Insight delivery and orchestration
• Develop executive-ready insight narratives that explain what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next.
• Connect insights from multiple platforms into a single marketing story rather than isolated channel reporting.
• Help orchestrate activity across the client's MarTech stack, ensuring campaigns are coordinated and data flows cleanly between systems.
• Work with Bloom AI's agentic analytics capabilities to automate recurring analysis and surface proactive recommendations.
• Present findings to marketing leadership and influence decisions through clear storytelling.
Core Skills
Marketing & campaign analytics
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2B2C marketing funnels and customer journeys.
• Hands-on experience measuring campaign performance across digital channels.
• Familiarity with demand generation, lead management, nurture programs, and pipeline reporting.
• Comfort with attribution models, incrementality thinking, and test design.
• Ability to connect marketing metrics to business outcomes.
Audience & segmentation
• Experience building, activating, and evaluating audience segments.
• Familiarity with CDPs, personalization, intent data, and first-party data strategy.
• Understanding of consent, privacy, and compliance constraints in regulated financial marketing.
LLM and AI fluency
• Practical working knowledge of large language models and how to apply them to marketing analysis — summarization, classification, entity extraction, theme detection, and synthesis across unstructured sources.
• Effective prompt design, including structuring prompts for consistent, reviewable output.
• Working familiarity with core concepts: context windows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings and semantic search, structured output, evaluation, and agentic workflows.
• Sound judgment about model limitations — hallucination, bias, drift — and how to validate LLM output before it reaches a client.
• Awareness of data handling, PII, and governance considerations when using AI tools with client and prospect data.
Marketing technology — experience with several of the following:
• Salesforce
• Adobe Experience Cloud
• Marketo
• Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics
• CDPs
• Adobe Workfront
• Adobe Target
• Google Search & Ads Console
• Campaign management and marketing automation platforms
Understanding how data moves across marketing systems matters more than expertise in any single platform.
Communication
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences.
• Comfortable facilitating discussions with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders.
Bonus Points
• Experience within financial services, asset management, insurance, or wealth management.
• Exposure to customer journey analytics or marketing attribution.
• Experience using AI tools for marketing analysis and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation, personalization, or CDPs.
• Experience supporting executive marketing reporting.
Who You Are
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or marketing strategy.
• Curious and naturally analytical—you enjoy finding patterns others miss.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong collaborator who enjoys working across marketing, technology, and analytics teams.
• Passionate about improving how marketing organizations make decisions.
Why Bloom AI
Work alongside leading global financial institutions transforming marketing with AI.
Exposure to modern marketing analytics, AI, and agentic workflows.
Opportunity to influence enterprise marketing strategy rather than simply produce reports.
Collaborative, high-performance culture built around ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning.
Competitive compensation with strong growth opportunities.

Location: Remote, Delhi/NCR strongly preferred (in-person client meetings required) Role Type: Individual Contributor — a hands-on hunting and closing role, not a team-management role Experience: 3–8 years selling advertising, media, or ad-tech solutions to brands and agencies Compensation: ₹8–18 LPA fixed (calibrated to experience, network, and closure track record) + uncapped performance-linked commissions and bonuses tied directly to closed business. Exceptional candidates with proven agency/brand relationships can expect the top of the band — or beyond.
Read this before applying
This is a pure sales role. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close — every week. If you are looking for account management, marketing, campaign operations, or a team-lead position, this is not the role. If you have never sold advertising or marketing technology to a brand or agency decision-maker, please do not apply.
What is Social Gear?
Social Gear is a unified advertising platform that lets brands and agencies run their advertising from one interface instead of juggling disconnected tools — spanning Creator Marketing, Display, Email, Connected TV, Programmatic, and Digital Campaign Management. The backend is propelled by Amazon, Google, and other open exchanges, with targeting down to ZIP-code level — local, hyperlocal, national, and global — including territory-based and multicultural targeting.
Our sharpest edge today is Creator Marketing: we help brands discover relevant creators, verify authenticity, and execute campaigns that perform.
And we own something almost no competitor can claim: LYKSTAGE, our own premium video streaming platform with Connected TV inventory across Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung TV, LG TV, and Android/Google TV. When you sell Social Gear, you are selling owned premium inventory — transparency and placements resellers simply cannot match.
Social Gear serves advertisers across India, the US, UK, Canada, UAE, and Singapore.
What you will own
• Hunt and close new brands, advertisers, and agencies across India
• Run virtual product demos; meet clients in person to build trust and close
• Map client marketing objectives to the right Social Gear solutions
• Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, your network, referrals, and partnerships
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, close deals
• Grow closed accounts into long-term revenue relationships
• Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets — consistently
The filters — strict, on purpose
You should apply only if all of the following are true:
→ 3–8 years of B2B sales in Advertising, Media, AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Marketing. General SaaS or IT services sales without advertising exposure does not qualify.
→ You have personally sold to Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, CMOs, Media Buyers, or Agency Owners — and can name deals you closed with them.
→ You have a verifiable track record of hitting or beating targets. We will ask for specifics.
→ You can generate your own pipeline. No inbound leads will be handed to you in month one.
→ You are self-driven in a remote setup and willing to travel for client meetings whenever needed.
A strong added advantage: existing relationships with advertisers or agencies; experience selling Influencer/Creator Marketing, Programmatic, or CTV solutions; familiarity with platforms such as The Trade Desk, PubMatic, DV360, or Amazon DSP from the buy side.
How success is measured
New advertisers and agencies acquired · Revenue closed · Ad spend managed through the platform · Pipeline-to-close conversion · Retention and account growth · Target achievement.
What we offer
• ₹8–18 LPA fixed + uncapped performance commissions
• Performance bonuses linked directly to closed business
• A genuinely differentiated pitch: owned premium CTV inventory via LYKSTAGE
• Exposure to clients across six global markets
• Fully remote flexibility with real career growth into strategic partnerships
How to apply
Email your resume to [email protected] with a short note — 3 lines maximum — covering:
• Your most relevant advertising/media sales experience
• One deal you personally closed that you are proud of — with the approximate deal size
• Your current city, current CTC, and notice period
• Applications without this note will not be reviewed.
City Head - Restaurant Operations - Delhi NCR
Dil Foods•New Delhi, Delhi, IN
12+ Years Exp

Dilfoods runs a portfolio of delivery-first food brands operated out of cloud kitchens across the city. We build and scale restaurant brands on the aggregator platforms (Swiggy, Zomato and our own channels), obsessing over food quality, delivery speed, and unit economics. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a senior operator to own everything that happens inside our kitchens and every order that leaves them.
The City Head – Restaurant Operations is the single owner of Dilfoods’ entire kitchen and delivery operation in the city. This is a full P&L leadership role: you are accountable for revenue, cost, quality, and growth across every cloud kitchen we run here. You will lead a team of kitchen managers, shift leads, and staff, and work hand-in-hand with the central supply chain, brand, and marketing teams to hit aggressive growth and profitability targets. Success in this role means our kitchens run like clockwork, our customers get hot, correct, on-time orders every single time, and the city P&L moves in the right direction month after month.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
P&L and Business Ownership
Own the full city P&L — top-line revenue, food cost, labour cost, packaging, wastage, and contribution margin across all kitchens.
Set and hit monthly and quarterly targets for orders, revenue, and profitability; build the operating plan to get there.
Drive unit economics at each kitchen: identify loss-making outlets or dayparts and fix them.
Kitchen and Delivery Operations
Ensure every kitchen runs to standard on food quality, hygiene (FSSAI compliance), prep discipline, and order accuracy.
Own operational KPIs end to end: kitchen preparation time (KPT), rejection and error rates, order cancellations, food-ready-on-time, and rider wait times.
Build and enforce SOPs for prep, cooking, packaging, and dispatch; audit adherence relentlessly.
Manage capacity and throughput during peak hours and demand surges so no order is delayed or lost.
Aggregator and Channel Performance
Own the relationship and performance on Swiggy, Zomato, and other channels — ratings, visibility, availability (kitchen uptime), and dispute resolution.
Work with marketing and brand teams on promotions, menu pricing, and listing optimisation to grow orders profitably.
Keep rating, RDR (restaurant-driven cancellations), and availability metrics within target at all times.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and lead kitchen managers, shift leads, and kitchen staff across the city.
Build a strong on-ground bench: set performance standards, run reviews, and develop your managers into owners.
Create a culture of accountability, speed, hygiene, and customer obsession on the floor
Supply Chain and Cost Control
Partner with central procurement and supply chain to ensure raw material availability, freshness, and correct inventory at every kitchen.
Control wastage, pilferage, and stock-outs; own inventory accuracy and cost discipline.
Drive vendor and logistics coordination at the city level where required.
Expansion
Identify and launch new kitchens in the city — site evaluation, setup, staffing, and ramp-up to profitability.
Standardise and document playbooks so each new kitchen opens faster and better than the last.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
7–12+ years of operations experience, with a strong track record in cloud kitchens, QSR, food delivery, restaurant chains, or high-throughput multi-outlet operations.
Proven experience owning a P&L and delivering both growth and profitability.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple outlets/kitchens and large on-ground teams simultaneously.
Deep, hands-on understanding of kitchen operations, food quality, hygiene, and delivery-first metrics (KPT, order accuracy, ratings, uptime).
Strong grip on the aggregator ecosystem (Swiggy/Zomato) and how to win on those platforms.
Data-driven operator: comfortable living in dashboards and Excel, using numbers to find and fix problems.
A builder’s mindset — willing to be on the floor, in the kitchen, and in the details, not just in meetings.
Bias for action, high ownership, and the resilience to run a fast-moving, always-on operation.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience launching or scaling new kitchen/outlet locations from zero.
Exposure to a high-growth startup or food-tech environment.
Existing network of kitchen talent and vendors in the city.
WHY JOIN DILFOODS
Own an entire city P&L with real autonomy and direct impact on the business.
Build and scale a young, fast-growing food brand portfolio from the front lines.
Work directly with the founders and a team that moves fast and rewards ownership.
