Job Description Summary & Additional Information Organization's Summary Statement: University Human Resources Operations is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Generalist to join our team. This position is a critical front-line resource, providing comprehensive HR customer service and operational support to campus HR Analysts, employees, and other stakeholders. The HR Generalist responds to inquiries across a wide range of human resources functions, including benefits, recruitment, training, HR transactions, and general HR policies and procedures. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for campus users, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and process navigation related to core HR systems and procedures. This role involves troubleshooting, testing, and partnering with HR and Workday teams to resolve complex issues.
